Eric Grorud, Board Member
Eric Grorud has over 25 years of deep expertise in building organizations, developing
people and driving results for clients and consulting firms.
During the last 10+ years Eric has done this both internally and externally through a variety of leadership roles as a partner at IBM and then most recently at Ernst & Young. His focus and passion is the intersection of strategy and operations and he has a demonstrated track record of translating strategic visions into effective, well aligned organizations, driven by engaged teams of professionals. Eric holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Dickinson College. Eric is married to Deborah (Debbie) Grorud M.D. and they have two sons Dylan and Andrew (Drew).
Edith Brown is an accomplished executive leader within international corporations, with

outstanding experience providing strategic business and technology-related solutions in various industries. She delivers exceptional results and excels at companies undergoing change due to increasing or declining markets.
Her background includes extensive experience in organizing Information Technology functions to maximize IT investments. She has comprehensive experience in all aspects of computing infrastructure services and develops employee talents and leadership skills to enhance value in organizations.
Brown currently leads Global Infrastructure Strategy & Operations for Collins Aerospace. She has accountability for infrastructure services, such as, data center operations, servers, storage, and network services, end user computing, and service desk, valued over $200M. Brown provides strategic leadership and coordination of infrastructure's overall business compliance, process and best practices, while building and sustaining relationships with multiple business units. She partners closely with multiple outsourced providers as part of a seamless technology organization chartered to deliver IT services and enable business productivity. Brown is a graduate of the INSEAD executive management program, and holds a Masters in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University.
Njeh Smith, Partner and Chairman
Njeh Smith, Chairman of Tsidkenu Group LLC, leads the company's scale and global expansion, as well as manages business development, sales, marketing, and investor relations. He joined Tsidkenu Group after leading vendor operations for Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security Organization, where he was responsible for developing and sustaining efficiency in the supply pipeline, supporting both new and legacy technologies that bolster U.S. national security. Before Boeing, he successfully led
high-performing cross functional teams within Medtronic’s Cardiovascular business through the harmonization of procedures to qualify multi-million-dollar heart valves for global market launch. He was also formerly Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon Technologies where he improved the Sensors & Integrated Systems Division Operating P&L by 5%.
Smith received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from St. Cloud State University, his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Minnesota, and his MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
