Chairman of The Board


Njeh Smith has led global operations management for Boeing's Defense, Space & Security Organization, responsible for developing and sustaining efficiency in the supply pipeline, supporting both new and legacy technologies that bolster U.S. national security. Njeh Focused on cost reduction strategies and continuity in customer deliveries. Before Boeing, he led high-performing product management teams for Medtronic's Cardiovascular business, where he led efforts to the successful market launch of three multi-million-dollar cardiac therapies globally; he also led corporate quality and regulatory body compliance activities managing global stakeholders. In July 2020, Njeh will be graduating from the Advanced Management Program, Tuck School of Business @ Dartmouth College. He completed his MBA at The Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Prior to business school, he was Operations Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at United Technologies Corporation Aerospace Division. Njeh received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from St. Cloud State University.

Jerome Hamilton has served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Stratasys, before which he was Vice President of Lean Six Sigma Operations, Corporate Quality and Acquisition Integration for 3M.

Jerome received his Bachelor of General Science from Morehouse College, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, Master of Science in Engineering Management from The University of Detroit-Mercy; and Master of Science in International Logistics from Georgia Tech; Jerome is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program, Harvard Business School. Steve Soh has served in senior manufacturing engineering capacity for Seagate Technology, and as process engineer for Waltek Inc. Steve graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from St. Cloud State University and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of St Thomas. He is happily married to his wife Becky and their children.
